Registered Agent Service

We accept service of process for our clients. If your mail from the California Secretary of State or other California state agencies is being returned, or they are unable to reach you, they will contact your California registered agent. Choosing a reliable registered agent will help ensure that your company is in compliance with the state of California.

Secure Online Account

We scan any service of process or other documents we receive on your behalf at our local California office and then upload it into your online account. You will be immediately sent an email with the item as an attachment, or notified that you have a new mail item to view and download from your online account. We will continue our efforts to contact you until we are sure you have been notified. If you wish, we can send emails to 5 additional email addresses (such as your attorney, CPA or spouse), in case we do not get a response from you.

California Business Identity

We provide the tools you need to launch your business in California and establish an online business identity. Our California Business Identity includes your own domain name and SSL secured website, a business email at that domain, and a local California phone number with a direct business line you can use on your own device by going online or using our iOS or Android apps. Even better, all of this is yours at no upfront cost.

Renewal Service

California corporations are required to file an annual Statement of Information, and LLCs must file a statement every two years. The state will send you a postcard reminder to file the reports. However, failing to file or filing late will result in a hefty late fee.

Our clients get a secure online account to check the due dates for their annual or biennial statements. Then, when the time comes, we’ll submit your annual or biennial Statement of Information for just $100 plus state fees in order to renew your business with the state. You have a business to run, so let us handle the messy paperwork. We won’t charge you any additional upfront fees, and you can easily cancel renewal service inside your client account.

Mail Scanning Service

Once you sign up with us, you’ll get a commercial California business address (with a unique suite number) and immediate access to our Mail Scanning Service.  Just choose the package that best fits your current business needs.

Mail Scanning Service: When you hire us to form your LLC or corporation, or to serve as your registered agent, you’ll get basic mail scanning. Includes a California business address with a unique suite number and 10 document scans per year.

Premium Mail Scanning Service: Includes a California business address with a unique suite number attached and 25 docs per year. You can treat that address as your own because it virtually is. We’ll scan your mail into your account daily. Only $99/yr.

Virtual Office Service: Get a California business address with a unique suite number, unlimited document handling, and a local office lease. Comes with a California phone number, web-based phone service, and daily mail scanning. Just $19/month.

We are a California Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). To ensure that only authorized CMRAs are operating within the state, the U.S. Postal Service requires CMRAs to file USPS Form 1583 for every mail client. Form 1583 allows the U.S. Postal Service to keep accurate records of who receives mail at commercial addresses, which helps prevent tampering, fraud, identity theft, and other postal crimes.

When you hire us, we’ll handle getting your Form 1583 notarized and filed. All you need to do is fill out the required sections of Form 1583 in your online account.

Immediate Forms for Business Filings

As soon as you sign up for our California registered agent service, you are logged into your online account where you will find all the forms you could possibly want to file with the state of California, pre-filled with our California registered agent information, so you can file immediately. Forms for California profit and non-profit corporations, California LLCs, foreign entity registration in California, change of agent forms and the California Statement of Information forms are all inside your account. If you fill out the paperwork incorrectly, it may be rejected by the state, so we provide instructions for our clients to help them make the filing with the California Secretary of State properly.
